Lubbock Book Festival

Once upon a time, authors and readers came together to create the most novel event in the Hub City: the Lubbock Book Festival.

Our 2026 Theme: Once Upon a Time

An elderly man with white hair and a mustache at a book signing event. He is wearing a light green polo shirt and has a lanyard around his neck. On the table in front of him are copies of his book, "The Pursuit of Marla Adams," a sign that says "Amazon Bestseller," and some promotional materials. The man is holding a pen and appears to be signing a book or preparing to do so, with a thoughtful expression. The background shows a crowded room with people sitting and standing, likely at a conference or literary event.
The Lubbock Book Festival is a multi-genre, multi-author literary event featuring multiple award-winning, best-selling, and fan-favorite authors. With indie and traditionally published authors alike, your next favorite read is just waiting to be found!

Author signings are just the tip of the iceberg. We also host panel discussions, writing workshops, raffles, children's activities, and so much more — all centered around books.
